Dear Sir or Madam I have been compelled to write this mail to you, to express that without a shadow-of-a-doubt your company has been the BEST ON-LINE EXPERIENCE in all my years of buying products on the internet.

Purchasing my JVC KW-DB60AT with bluetooth adaptor KS-BTA100 has been a joy to behold, as not only were your prices one of the keenest on the internet, but also your customer service and delivery were exemplary.

I ordered my car stereo and bluetooth adaptor at 11:42 AM on Tuesday 18/12/12 and received them next day Wednesday 19/12/12 at approximately 1pm here in Exeter! All of this on free standard delivery a week before Christmas! !!!!

Also, one of your kind members of staff called me to check that I was happy with the courier as she would do her very best to ensure addressee signature only (no neighbour or safe place drop-off) with depot pick-up by me, if I wasn't at home. All I can say is I have NEVER had this happen before as ONLINE-CARAUDIO obviously care about their customers and reputation and delivery-of-service.

If this mail ever gets posted on your website as a customer review all I can say is 'Do yourself a favour and buy your car audio here as you wont be let down or disappointed because they really do seem to care about providing an excellent level of service'. Many thanks
