How much does delivery cost?
The delivery charge on small items such as wiring looms, aerial adaptor, iPod interfaces and remote controls is £2.49
The delivery charge on head units, speakers, amplifiers, multimedia, subwoofers and CD changers is £6.99 per item. If you purchase more than one item the cart will combine delivery, for two items the cost will be £7.99, for more than two items the cost will be £11.99. No UK delivery will exceed £11.99
Free Delivery
From time to time Online Car Audio offers our customers free delivery, this is subsidised by Online Car Audio, in the event of a product being returned to us during a period of 'free delivery' any refund made back to the customer will be minus our outgoing delivery charge as set out above.
How long does delivery take?
For in stock items if your order is placed before 3.00pm it will be dispatched same day
For items sent using Initial Citylink you can expect to receive your order the next working day, check your email for a dispatch notice and full tracking information.
Smaller items are sent using 1st class recorded delivery and delivery times are subject to Royal Mail although you should expect to receive your item within 2-3 working days
Each item on the site gives an indication of stock status and may also include delivery and/or dispatch time.
We try to keep this information as up to date and accurate as possible, if however between order and dispatch this information changes we will email you to let you know.
For items that are not in stock there may be a 2 day delay on delivery, if for any reason we expect a longer delay we will inform you
Delivery addresses
Deliveries must be made to the cardholders registered address, the only exception to this is a work address. Under no circumstances will we deliver to a residential address that is different to the cardholders address
Will my delivery require a signature?
All deliveries will require a signature. We will not advise Citylink that parcels can be left with a neighbour unless this is requested at the time of order.
Tracking Information
All items dispatched with Initial Citylink are fully trackable, once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information.
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
If you are not home when Citylink deliver the driver will leave a card, you will then need to contact Citylink to re-arrange delivery. Citylink will only hold the parcel for 5 days, after this time it is returned to us and you will then be responsible for aa re-delivery charge.
Recorded delivery items will be held at the local sorting office for two weeks and then returned to us

Costs vary depending on the weight of an item, smaller accessories will be £9.99, head units and speakers are £19.99.
For more than one item the cart will combine the shipping costs.
All items are sent using DHL on a 5 working day service, tracking info is available on request.

We are also now shipping to Australia, prices vary depending on weight, we use generally use Federal Express as we have found this to be the fastest and most cost effective.
Our shopping cart will automatically refund VAT for all orders to Australia.
