CTSONYLEAD Patch Lead
To retain steering control in a car after changing the factory fit head unit two parts are required. Firstly the Steering Interface that is specific to the make and model of car and secondly a patch lead that matches the new head unit ie. a Pioneer head unit will require a Pioneer patch lead.
