How do we deliver to you?
Deliveries are made by either courier or recorded delivery. Orders sent by courier will be delivered Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 5.30pm and will require someone to sign for the delivery.
Once any items have been dispatched the customer will receive an email, if goods have been sent with Initial Citylink the email will contain tracking info.
How long will it take to get to me?
Stock items will be sent out same day if ordered before 3.00pm. All other orders will be dispached within 48 hours. Items sent using Royal Mail generally arrive in 2 - 3 days. Items sent using Initial Citylink are sent on a next day service.
What will it cost?
Delivery costs vary according to weight and value. Charges range from £2.49 for accessories, no order will exceed £11.99
What happens if you are not happy with your purchase?
Should you not be happy with your purchase for whatever reason you can call our sales department on 01375 370986 and as long as it is within 7 days of the date that the equipment was delivered to you, you will be entitled to a full refund of the goods as long as the equipment is returned in its original packaging, complete, unused and with proof of purchase from us, (JVC/Alpine front panels are excluded as they are special orders)Sealed media items such as discs and update cards are only returnable if the outer seal is unbroken. We do not refund delivery for correctly supplied goods.
It is the customers responsibility to inspect the items on delivery so as not to go beyond the 7 day period.
If you change your mind before your item(s) have been dispatched just let us know and you will be entitled to a full refund including any delivery charges that have been paid. (JVC/Alpine front panels are excluded as they are special orders)
From time to time Online Car Audio offers our customers free delivery, this is subsidised by Online Car Audio, in the event of a product being returned to us during a period of 'free delivery' any refund made back to the customer will be minus our outgoing delivery charge as set out on our delivery charges page.Please note that you are responsible for the return of any equipment and Online-Caraudio can accept no responsibility until we receive the equipment. You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning any goods to us. All goods must be sent back to us using a trackable method.
Should any parts be missing, damaged or consumable items be used in whole or part, we reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund due to you for the whole value of the missing, damaged or consumable item.
Any refund will only be credited to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase and will only be made after we have received the goods and they have been inspected and confirmed as satisfactory by us.
Please note that this guarantee is offered as an extra benefit and does not affect your statutory rights.
What happens if my purchase is faulty?
If any goods develop a fault within 30 days of purchase it is the policy of Online Car Audio to offer a replacement, after this period faulty equipment would be sent to an authorised service centre for repair. You are responsible for any costs incurred returning goods to us. However we are responsible for the cost of returning repaired or replacement goods to you. We would ask that you contact us prior to returning any item as many problems are wiring problems that can be quickly sorted out by telephone. If any item returned to us a faulty is tested and found to have no fault you will be responsible for the cost of return delivery.
Goods returned must be adequately addressed and packaged so as to prevent any damage. Under no circumstances should any return label be attached directly to any equipment or the box that it is in. This warranty covers any faults that are due to faulty design, manufacture or workmanship. It does not cover against misuse, neglect, wilful damage, modification, adaptation, overloading or repair unless authorised by us at an authorised repair centre. It also does not cover any consequential loss due to a product failing.
Consumable items such as fuses and bulbs are not covered under this warranty.
Goods will not be repaired or replaced until time as any sums in respect of those goods have been paid in full.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
